Turnaround times vary based on the complexity and volume of tasks. During our initial consultation, we'll discuss your priorities and deadlines, and I'll strive to deliver tasks within agreed-upon timeframes.

Absolutely! I understand that business needs can fluctuate. You can easily scale up or down your services based on your current requirements. I'm here to adapt to your evolving needs.

The hours purchased in a package do not expire for 1 year. I send regular emails to my clients advising of the number of hours they have used in a package, the number of hours remaining for use and the time left in which to use the hours. If at the end of 1 year you have not used all hours then they will be rolled over into the next package that you purchase. You will never lose those unused hours.

Communication is key. I use various channels such as email, chat platforms, and instant messaging to stay in touch. I also utilize project management tools for large projects for efficient collaboration and to keep track of tasks and deadlines.

I take data security seriously. I adhere to strict confidentiality agreements, and implement industry-standard security measures to protect client information. I can discuss specific security protocols during the onboarding process. In the meantime, I invite you to read my Privacy Policy linked to at the bottom of this page.

I will coordinate with you to ensure that tasks are handled in mutually acceptable times within the Eastern Time Zone working hours.
